John knew that this was going to make so many great changes for his business. He was going to be bringing in a company for industrial training. He knew that this held a great promise for the productivity of his company to improve.
He was told over and over that if he would just implement this program, his employees could be better. And he really needed that for his company. He felt that his employees had gotten lazy and he wanted them to step up or get out. He didn’t want to fire anybody, but would if that’s what it came down to.
He was required to undergo some training if he were to keep his job. But he was at work all the time and didn’t have time to take a class. He was thrilled when he found an industrial training site online that would give him the knowledge he needed for free. He had decided to begin right away so he could just get it over with.
He didn’t know when he would have the time, still, but he knew he could work it out. Even if it meant staying up late at night on the computer to get it done, he would. She was tired.
She felt like she couldn’t take this much longer. She was a single mom in a difficult situation in her life. She couldn’t seem to get the industrial training she needed to get that higher paying job. And she didn’t even know if she really should try for that job, since it would be taking so much more of her time. And, being a single mom, she needed time with her little girl to be just a mom.
